Promotional video for Carpier Ahumados. The video shows the cutting of a tuna, to announce the beginning of the fishing season and consumption of bluefin tuna.

The "ronqueo" of bluefin tuna is the cutting of the three main parts of the fish: head, trunk and tail. The name "ronqueo" refers to the sound produced by the knife as it scrapes the vertebrae during cutting. 

The different cuts will be served at the Santa Fe restaurant owned by Carpier Ahumados, located in the heart of Montseny.
